Molly

Meet Molly, a six-year-old pup who is ready to find her forever home! This smart, affectionate, and adventurous dog is sure to steal your heart. Molly loves car rides and pup cups, and she's an excellent walker who will gladly accompany you on all of your outdoor adventures.

Molly is a one-of-a-kind pup who needs to be the only pet in the home. She isn't a fan of other furry creatures, but that just means she'll give you all the love and attention you need! This loyal and loving dog is sure to make a wonderful companion for someone who is looking for a furry friend to call their own.

Despite her preference for being the only pet, Molly is incredibly friendly and affectionate towards humans. Duke

Prepare to be charmed by 1-year-old Duke, a regal canine with a personality that's fit for royalty, albeit more on the court jester side.

This lovable dog carries the name of nobility, but he's anything but haughty. Duke's warm and sociable nature makes him an instant friend to everyone he meets, and his enchanting charisma has won hearts at the shelter. Beneath his charming exterior, Duke possesses the soul of a true hound. His nose is a powerful tool that can lead him into some delightful mischief, much to the amusement of those around him.

However, Duke's nose also leads him to great adventures, and he's never short of surprises that will bring a smile to your face.

Molly

My name is Molly. I'll be 6 years old soon and weigh about 50lbs.
In April 2017, I was brought to the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach at just 2 months old because I was part of an unwanted litter.

I was quickly adopted and had the pleasure of spending the next 4 years in a home. In February 2021, I was surrendered to a different shelter; I was terrified and confused. My microchip showed it was implanted by HSNMB, and when contacted, the shelter immediately made arrangements to pick me up the next day. I have always enjoyed being active and loving on people, however, I have never been a fan of other animals. I was adopted 4 months later into a home with no other pets, but after about a month, I was returned because they decided they no longer wanted an only-animal pet. I was disappointed, but HSNMB welcomed me back.

Once again, I was quickly adopted. This home seemed perfect! They had an active lifestyle, and they gave me so much love and attention. Unfortunately, they had to move and could not find a place that would allow me to come with them. Instead of bringing me back to the shelter, they rehomed me to another nice person! Not long after though, the landlord said I was no longer allowed even though I was on my best behavior. This time, I was brought to a different shelter. That was now my third shelter. HSNMB came to my rescue once again and pulled me from that shelter as soon as they heard what happened.

That was in April 2022. In September 2022, I finally had someone interested in adopting me! I connected with them instantly, and I was so excited for the adventures that were promised! A few weeks later, the neighbor came home with dogs, and my adopter called to return me to the shelter. I don't know why people keep giving up on me when I haven't given them a reason to. I have manners and know a few tricks, and if you'll allow me to, I will lick every inch of your face.

I love playing outside and would be a great addition to a family with an active lifestyle. Since I can play rough and rowdy, I'd be better with older kids to play with. At the end of the day, I just want to be someone's companion. I just want someone to finally love me for me.

If you think you're that person for me, please call 843-249-4948 to meet me, or you can submit an application at https://humanesocietynmb.org/dog-adoption-form/
